Ghaziabad: A major fire broke out on Saturday in a chemical factory in Tronica City industrial area of Loni in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad, reported the news agency PTI . Efforts are underway to douse the fire. The reason of the fire is yet to be known.
No casualties were reported in the incident, said an official. "The fire broke out in a chemical factory in the Tronica City police station area between 9.30 am and 10 am. The fire then spread to a dry fruits factory," Station House Officer Prashant Tyagi said. The SHO said the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
